About the Role
We are seeking a creative and driven Learning and Development Content Creator to join our dynamic Training Department. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing and developing impactful learning programs that drive individual growth and support organizational performance. You will also serve as a key administrator for our Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring a seamless learning experience for all users.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and develop engaging training programs that support both individual and organizational development.
* Serve as the primary administrator for the Learning Management System, ensuring optimal functionality and user experience.
* Collaborate with the L&D Lead, managers, system owners, and subject matter experts to assess training needs and align initiatives with strategic goals and employee development plans.
* Support managers and team members by offering guidance, resources, and bespoke training solutions to foster a high-performance culture.
* Provide expertise in training program design and assist in evaluating the effectiveness of learning initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
* Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies.
* Proven experience with Articulate 360 and Microsoft Excel.
* Excellent presentation, communication, and project management skills.
* Ability to work independently, make informed decisions, and positively influence others.
* A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a passion for learning and development.
Qualifications
* A degree-level qualification in Management, Life Sciences, Instructional Design, or a related field.
