They will be responsible for team performance reviews and improvements, planning and reacting to forecasted demand. They will also cover Production Manager holidays/ Absence etc.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and work with Flower line team leads to meet commercial and technical demands.Work with our training department to make sure all staff are competent and trained to carry out their dutiesPack all goods to customer specification,Work with planning to ensure we have a production plan to meet customer volumes.Amend plans accordingly to availability of flowers.Lines in a timely weekly manner for most efficient output to meet KPIsManagement of holidaysSupport and engage in Continuous Improvement activities with people on the lineSupport and engage in company activities around engagementExcellent communication with Peers and Management on Service level, Operational and staffing concerns and any other issues that impacts performance on a continuous basis.Proactively identify and address hazards in the Packhouse and actively manage H&S with the teamManage staff performance and discuss any major issues with Manager.Manages work-load and scheduling problems or if needed brings it to the attention of the relevant Manager.Works closely with technical team to ensure al procedures and policies are being followed procedures.Team and individual performance Management.
