Job Description
This is a permanent full-time role working Monday to Friday from 8am-4:30pm. Key responsibilities include:
* Following all Health and Safety rules, regulations and protocols.
* Diagnosing and resolving equipment issues promptly and efficiently.
* Maintaining accurate equipment schedules and logs.
* Performing regular equipment calibrations and reporting results to ensure optimal performance.
* Ensuring the maintenance of air filtration, compressed air, RO water, and mains water systems.
Additionally, the successful candidate will be expected to:
* Coordinate with third-party contractors for maintenance services.
* Attend training sessions on new installations and equipment changes.
* Resolve non-conformance issues in a timely and professional manner.
* Undertake small facility tasks such as painting, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry work.
