Account Executive
to join our dynamic
Account Management team

What You'll Do
As an Account Executive, you'll be the first point of contact for client queries and play a key role in managing the daily flow of information, vacancies, and consultant management. Your responsibilities will include:
* Building and maintaining strong professional relationships with client contacts
* Acting as a trusted partner within the client's organization
* Supporting departmental goals and collaborating with the Account Management team
* Driving continuous improvement in service delivery for clients, consultants, and staff
* Ensuring client needs and performance requirements are met through efficient processes
* Supporting finance and onboarding processes
* Maintaining and updating process documents (SOPs, training materials, etc.)
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
* A strong team player with the ability to work independently
* Highly organized and detail-oriented
* Customer-focused with excellent communication skills
* Experienced in
Customer Service and/or Sales
* Holds a
3rd level qualification
in a scientific, technical, or business discipline (advantageous but not essential)
