Involved in creating and maintaining network and enterprise infrastructure models, integrating data from multiple sources into the CMDB, and building detailed service maps to provide full transparency of application and infrastructure dependencies.Key responsibilities include:Implementing and managing ServiceNow Discovery to identify infrastructure and application components across environments.Building and maintaining service maps to visualize relationships between applications, databases, and network assets.Developing custom applications, plugins, and integrations to enhance data accuracy and CMDB automation.Creating and managing building and network assets, ensuring proper classification and lifecycle tracking. Designing processes and tools to bring data from various discovery sources into the company infrastructure and maintain data quality.Supporting IT architecture and operations teams with insights from Discovery and mapping data to improve system visibility and reduce blind spots.
