About the Role
* We are seeking a Senior R&D Manager to lead our R&D team in developing innovative medical devices.
* The ideal candidate will have experience in managing interfaces between different functions and leading cross-functional teams.
* They will be responsible for organizing and prioritizing activities, including escalations, in collaboration with key functions and aligning on deliverables and timing.
* The successful candidate will be the source of technical expertise in neurovascular ischemic and haemorrhagic stroke products.
Requirements
* A bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science is required. A master's degree is an asset.
* Professional certification in Project Management (PMP) is preferred.
* The ideal candidate will have significant experience in an R&D or product sustaining role in the medical device industry.
* Team leadership experience is essential.
* Proficiency in statistical techniques is necessary.
