As a key member of our property's senior management team, you will be responsible for leading the Front of House (FOH) team to deliver exceptional guest experiences. To achieve this, you should have experience in managing entire FOH teams at high-end hotels.
The successful candidate will have excellent leadership and motivational skills to drive the performance of their team members.
A sound understanding of revenue maximization practices is crucial as well as proficiency with hotel software systems such as Hotsoft / Opera / Open table / Booking.com
