We are partnering exclusively with a well established and highly successful client based in Dublin West, who is seeking a strategic and people-focused Head of HR to join the Executive Leadership Team, reporting directly to the CEO.
This role will shape and deliver a people strategy that supports business growth, transformation, and long-term success.
Key Responsibilities Lead a people-first strategy, driving engagement, culture, and succession planning across a multi-site workforce.
Partner with the CEO and senior leaders on business strategy, workforce planning, and organisational design.
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and learning initiatives, including the rollout of digital learning platforms.
Manage all employee and industrial relations matters, ensuring compliance with HR policies and employment legislation.
Lead annual reward cycles and oversee gender pay gap analysis.
Champion Diversity, Equality & Inclusion, strengthen employer brand, and deliver ESG priorities.
Guide change management initiatives with clear communication and a people-centric approach.
About You 5-10 years Senior HR leadership experience in multi-site environments Strong operational and strategic HR expertise, with the ability to influence at Executive level.
Skilled in employee relations, talent development, reward, and stakeholder management.
Collaborative, people-focused, and able to build trust across all levels of the business.
