This role is focused on supporting the legal team in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be able to multitask, and possess a high level of attention to detail.
 * Maintain Legal Counsel's diary and coordinate meeting requests and next steps.
 * Interact with senior-level management and maintain professional relationships.
 * Manage trackers, registers, and legal databases for commercial agreements and precedents.
 * Conduct online research using various tools and resources.
 * Prepare and compile complex legal documents accurately.
 * Engage with external experts including Barristers, Mediators, Local Authority Planners, and Solicitors.
 * Design, set up, and maintain Excel spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations.
 * Perform general office administration tasks including stationery orders, equipment pricing, filing, archiving, and company secretarial software administration.
