Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist Opportunities
Cpl Healthcare are delighted to have partnered with the HSE to recruit for experienced Consultant Psychiatrists. These roles are based throughout Ireland.
The contract lengths can vary, but current high demand in the area of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry means that there are exciting opportunities for medical professionals who share our commitment to delivering exceptional mental health services.
As a key member of a large multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality Consultant-led Mental Health Services. Your leadership skills will be essential in managing and leading a multi-disciplinary team in the delivery of a comprehensive psychiatric service. You will also participate in an on-call rota.
To be considered eligible for these roles, applicants must meet the following requirements:
* Registration with or in the process of registering with The Irish Medical Council is essential. Specialist registration is required.
* Applicants must be able to demonstrate expertise in investigation, diagnosis, and treatment of mental disorders in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry.
* Effective planning and organisational skills are crucial in this role.
* Strong communication skills, including the ability to work effectively with colleagues and manage complex relationships.
* Awareness and appreciation of the service user experience is vital.
* Leadership and team management skills are essential in this role.
* Ability to empathise with and treat patients, relatives, and colleagues with dignity and respect.
