Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Driver Guide based in Dublin, Ireland. Key responsibilities include safely driving tour vehicles, sharing in-depth knowledge about Ireland's history, culture, and landmarks, and providing an outstanding customer experience. The Driver Guide will engage guests with excellent communication skills, ensure their comfort and safety throughout the tour, and respond to their needs with enthusiasm and professionalism.
Qualifications
* Possession of a valid D/D1 Class license and a proven track record in Bus Driving
* Strong Customer Service skills and the ability to ensure a positive experience for all guests
* Excellent Communication skills for engaging with guests and delivering informative, entertaining tours
* Knowledge of Ireland's history, culture, and landmarks is a plus
* Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
* Experience working with diverse groups of people
