Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Senior Engineer working on multiple products.
* Effective communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
* Successful track record with diverse technologies and platforms.
* Strong people management and mentorship skills.
Preferred skills:
* Experience with Agile at Scale, Lean, Continuous Delivery, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code.
* Knowledge of cloud-native architectures.
* Security-driven design experience, including SAST/DAST remediation.
* Experience with JavaScript, Typescript, C#, and frameworks like Angular, NodeJS, .NET.
* Experience with middleware such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
* Proficiency with databases like MSSQL and MongoDB, and cloud platforms like AWS and Azure.
