Overview
We are seeking a Supervising Pharmacist to lead a busy community pharmacy in Lucan, Dublin. This role offers the opportunity to manage all dispensary operations while delivering excellent patient care and leading a dedicated pharmacy team.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee the safe, efficient, and compliant running of the dispensary
* Ensure adherence to all pharmacy legislation, ethics, and PSI codes of practice
* Deliver outstanding customer service and medicines management
* Liaise with healthcare professionals and manage PCRS claims
* Lead and mentor pharmacy staff, ensuring operational excellence
Requirements
* Minimum 3 years' experience as a qualified Pharmacist
* Registered with the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland (PSI)
* Strong organisational, leadership, and communication skills
* Business acumen with experience in stock and budget management
