As we continue to expand, we are seeking a Sales Administrator to our team and contribute to our ongoing success.The Role:Collaborate with Sales Manager on a daily basis to support their operations and meet customer needs.Process order forms for new and used vehicles, ensuring timely and precise documentation.Reserve vehicles promptly when sold, ensuring seamless transactions.Maintain preceise and up-to-date records of vehicle transactions and customer details.Liaise with the sales and after-sales teams to coordinate vehicle repairs and services.Set up vehicles with warranties to enhance customer satisfaction and peace of mind.To ensure invoices and taxing vehicles are completed accurately and on time.To continuously deliver the highest level of satisfaction to internal and external customers.Keep managememt and team members up to date with any relevant issues.Bring Vehicles to and from DOE & VRT Pre InspectionBe responsible for the day to day activities in vehicle processing.Maintain the highest dealership standards.RequirementsFamiliarity with ROS Revenue Systems is advantageous2+ years of administration experience in a fast-paced, customer- focuses enviromentPrevious Experience in the motor trade industry is highly desirableStrong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectivelyManual Driving Licence is essentialJob Type: PermanentPay: €30,000.00-€33,000.00 per yearExperience:Sales administration: 2 years (preferred)Work Location: In person
