Client: Leading Residential Developer
Essentials: HETAC Level 8 Engineering qualification, minimum of 5+ years similar experience in Ireland, strong project management skills.
Location: Galway
Salary: €65,000 - €75,000

Overseeing: Site management, quality assurance, subcontractor coordination, and stakeholder relationships
The successful candidate will play a key role in setting out, monitoring quality, and coordinating subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Monitor and evaluate quality control of subcontractor work
* Coordinate site drawings and maintain quality assurance documentation
* Carry out setting out for foundations, slabs, blockwork, services, civil works, and RC frame structures
* Supervise and monitor groundworks, civil engineering, and concrete frame contractors
* Develop strong relationships with subcontractors to achieve programme, budget, and quality goals
* Maintain accurate site records to support project delivery
* Manage third-party stakeholders such as Irish Water and local authorities
