Our client is looking for a
dynamic Talent Acquisition Manager
to take ownership of the recruitment function for a leading construction & engineering firm that's growing rapidly across Ireland, the UK, and Europe.
This is a
hands-on leadership role
where you'll manage a team of 2 recruiters, partner closely with senior stakeholders, and directly hire for high-impact roles at Associate Director/Operations Manager level and above.
What you'll be doing
* Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process across multiple business units
* Oversee and mentor a team of 2 recruiters
* Directly recruit for senior leadership and critical positions
* Build strong relationships with hiring managers across Ireland, UK & Europe
* Implement recruitment KPIs (time to hire, fills per month, etc.)
* Optimise recruitment systems & reporting, with a focus on data-driven decision making
* Drive down agency spend by building internal hiring capability
* Support the apprentice programme and volume recruitment needs
What they're looking for
* Proven track record managing recruitment teams and processes
* Strong background in construction, engineering, or related industries
* Comfortable with systems setup, optimisation & recruitment reporting
* Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at senior level
