About Your New Job
* Lead and manage new process and process improvement projects from conception to completion.
* Generate and analyze data to monitor process/equipment performance and identify areas for improvement.
* Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other regulatory requirements.
* Support investigations and root cause analysis of process equipment, utility systems, and control system anomalies.
* Liaise with various stakeholders to ensure clear communication and effective teamwork.
What Skills You Need
* Bachelor's degree in engineering science or related field.
* 3+ years of experience in a regulated
GMP/Biotech environment.
* Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
* Excellent interpersonal, team, and communication skills.
* Experience with process equipment such as lyophilisers, autoclaves, and tablet presses.
* Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles, including SMED, DMAIC, and Green Belt.
