A dynamic and challenging opportunity exists for a highly skilled professional to provide technical advice and support to healthcare professionals in the use of orthopaedic devices. The successful candidate will possess strong communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with surgeons, nurses, and other medical professionals.
The role involves providing training on safe surgical techniques and product usage, as well as supporting the implementation of business strategies in new accounts. This includes engaging with existing and new surgeons to develop sales opportunities, advising on appropriate leads, and maintaining records of customer activity.
Candidates should have 2-3 years' experience in surgical or theatre settings, preferably within an orthopaedics environment. A clean driving license is also required. Personal characteristics include advanced communication skills at an influencer level.
