Job Title: Utilities and Facilities Engineer
As a Utilities and Facilities Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the reliable operation of utility and facility systems.
* Support and oversee utilities and facilities systems such as steam generation, compressed air, process gases, refrigeration systems, BMS, chilled water, carbon abatement, and sprinkler systems.
* Ensure all systems operate safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with cGMP, EHS, and industry standards.
* Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Provide technical input for capital projects related to utilities and facilities.
* Support deviation investigations, CAPAs, and change controls for utilities and facilities systems.
* Ensure preventive maintenance activities are completed according to plan and documented in our CMMS.
Contribute to our Energy Management Program and ISO 50001:2018 certification.
Promote a strong safety culture across all operations and ensure compliance with environmental and energy standards.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
* Experience working in a regulated manufacturing environment is preferred.
* Strong problem-solving and technical skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
* A proactive, positive mindset and commitment to continuous improvement.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
