Commercial Sales & Business Development Manager

We are seeking a commercially minded Sales & Business Development Manager to take ownership of our overall company sales strategy — covering LPG, online sales, retail stores, and new business opportunities.
This role isn't about chasing individual customers or door-to-door selling. It's about taking a strategic overview of our business and finding ways to grow it sustainably and profitably.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee total company sales performance across LPG, online, and retail divisions.
* Identify new business opportunities and product lines that complement our existing operations.
* Analyse gaps in the current business structure and develop realistic solutions to fill them.
* Work closely with operations to ensure existing resources (e.g. delivery fleet) are fully utilised year-round — for example, identifying new markets or products that can keep trucks active during seasonal slowdowns.
* Review sales data and market trends to guide pricing, promotions, and expansion plans.
* Collaborate with management to align commercial goals with operational capacity and profitability.
About You
* You're commercially driven with experience in company-level sales strategy, not just transactional or B2B sales.
* You have strong business acumen and can see "the bigger picture" — linking product, logistics, and market opportunity together.
* You enjoy creating new ideas and aren't afraid to challenge the status quo.
* Experience in fuel, retail, agri, or logistics-based businesses would be an advantage.
* Confident communicator with strong organisational and analytical skills.
