We are expanding our team therefore we are looking to fill the position of office receptionist.
The role includes:
* Receptionist/admin duties;
* Speaking with clients on a daily basis;
* Answering the telephone calls;
* Organising matters for the building and staff;
* Replying to emails;
* Ordering of supplies;
* Ad hoc duties
Excellent organisation skills required in highly paced environment. Experience is essential and computer literacy.
