The role of a Mechanical Site Supervisor involves overseeing the work of Fitter Crews and sub-contractor Fitter Crews. Key responsibilities include arranging site logistics, planning works, and implementing Health & Safety rules. The successful candidate will also be responsible for training client operators in the day-to-day running of plant equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Directly supervise Fitter Crews and sub-contractor Fitter Crews

* Arrange site logistics, including material take-off, planning of works, and resources required

* Implement all Health & Safety rules

* Train client operators in the day-to-day running of plant equipment

* Liaise with Project Managers and Engineers

Requirements:
">
The ideal candidate will have a relevant Mechanical trade or engineering qualification, along with 4+ years' experience working as a Mechanical Site Supervisor. Experience in water/wastewater treatment plant installations is desirable, but not essential. Strong technical capability with drawings, templates, and schematics P&IDs is also essential.

Skills and Qualifications:

The successful candidate should have experience in the installation, repair, and maintenance of chemical systems, stainless steel, ductile iron, and PVC pipework. Familiarity with typical instrumentation used in the water sector is also required. A full clean driver's license and willingness to travel within Ireland are essential.
