Fleet Operations Coordinator
Manage the full lifecycle of vehicle-related contracts, from initial assessment to delivery. This role involves coordinating quotations and processing orders for replacement and additional vehicles, ensuring seamless communication between stakeholders.
Responsibilities include:
1. Prepare accurate quotations for new vehicles based on customer needs and current specifications.
2. Maintain and update vehicle grade lists for existing clients to ensure accuracy and consistency.
3. Liaise with internal teams to meet client expectations and provide exceptional service.
4. Ensure all documentation is completed, filed, and processed according to company standards.
5. Support process improvements to enhance day-to-day operations and team efficiency.
6. Participate in projects aimed at enhancing the customer experience.
7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client data across systems.
Requirements:
* Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership over work.
* Solid numerical and analytical skills, including confidence with pricing and quoting.
* Previous experience in an administrative, operational, or customer support role, preferably in fleet management or logistics.
* Strong time management and prioritization skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
* A flexible and solutions-oriented mindset, with a team player approach.
