Seeking a detail-oriented Wedding Event Coordinator to assist with the administration and organization of luxury weddings and events.
About the Role:
* Manage incoming wedding enquiries to provide exceptional client service.
* Communicate all event details accurately to ensure seamless coordination across departments.
* Issue contracts for confirmed bookings in a timely manner.
* Maintain effective diary management systems to maximize revenue.
* Prepare, update, and file all event correspondence to maintain organizational efficiency.
* Ensure accurate and efficient distribution of function sheets.
* Assist with bill preparation and liaise with the Accounts team to ensure billing accuracy.
* Produce regular reports to monitor event progress.
* Provide general sales office administrative support as required.
* Attend sales activities such as wedding fairs, tastings, and showrounds to promote our services.
* Host a warm welcome for the wedding couple on the day of their special occasion.
