Your new role includes
Following EHS Standards: Ensure the team follows Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) policies
Ensuring Process Efficiency: Oversee production processes, ensuring alignment with customer delivery schedules and overall production goals.
Supporting Cleanroom Supervisor: Assist in meeting daily production targets by providing guidance and resolving any issues.
Assigning Workload: Allocate daily tasks to production team members, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
Production Planning: Develop and maintain production schedules, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
Process Improvements: Suggest and implement improvements to enhance production capacity, quality, and overall efficiency
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage the production team to ensure a positive, productive environment.
Experience you need
5 – 7 years of management experience in a manufacturing environment
Previous experience in pharmaceutical or medical device manufacturing
Strong understanding of manufacturing planning
Knowledge of health and safety procedures in manufacturing
