Key Responsibilities:
* Champion health and safety across the business
* Drive improvement in health and safety KPIs
* Establish and maintain industry-leading health and safety performance standards
* Manage and deliver all health and safety training, inductions, and toolbox talks
* Oversee accident reporting, investigation, and close-out
* Ensure delivery of mandatory training and occupational health surveillance
* Plan and execute the annual inspection and audit programme
About You: The successful candidate will have a minimum 3 years managerial experience in a similar environment and hold a Level 8 Degree in Health & Safety or equivalent qualification. Strong report-writing abilities, proficiency in MS Office, and excellent written, verbal, and overall communication skills are essential. Flexibility to work across different work sections within the business is also required.
