We require a Parts Advisor who has previously worked in a Parts Department. The position requires taking incoming sales calls, processing orders, and other various duties.
The role would require you to have the following:
* Ability to take and process orders in an accurate manner via inbound calls and order from our web shop.
* Develop good working relationships with current and prospective customers
* Ability to work on one's own initiative or as part of a team in a busy environment
* Knowledge of IT systems (Excel, e-mail, online ordering) required
* Have a strong interest in cars and the motor industry
* Be punctual and presentable
* Must be fluent in English and have excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Minimum experience: 2 years working in a parts department in Ireland.
