Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site hybrid role with an immediate start for a Finance Administrative Assistant (FM) located in Cork. The FM Finance Administrative Assistant will be responsible for supporting ISS client sites with required administrative processes, managing the billing and invoicing process, and providing administrative assistance to the finance department. The role also involves ensuring the smooth handling of finance-related workflows and accurate record-keeping.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in Administrative Processes and Administrative Assistance
* Expertise in Billing Process and Invoicing via Navision
* Knowledge of finance-related workflows
* Strong organizational and time management & reporting skills
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Proficiency in standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite & Coupa)
* Previous experience in a similar finance or administrative role is an advantage
* Facility Services experience with a desire to provide solutions.
* A relevant qualification or diploma in Finance, Business Administration, or related field is highly desirable
