Chief Risk Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned Chief Risk Strategist to join our high-performing team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced risk professional to develop and implement risk management programs aligned with strategic objectives.

The role involves leading the development of comprehensive risk management reports for senior leadership and governance committees, communicating risk progress, and serving as the primary liaison for regulatory risk communications.

* Develop and maintain a robust risk culture across the organization.
* Implement and continuously improve the Enterprise Risk Management framework, including risk identification, evaluation, and reporting.
* Produce comprehensive risk management reports for senior leadership and governance committees.
* Support regulatory compliance and maintain awareness of evolving risk-related regulations and external risks.
* Extensive enterprise/operational risk experience in financial services, preferably within fund/investment management, capital markets or insurance.
* Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, including Central Bank of Ireland regulations and EU directives like UCITS, AIFMD, and MiFID.
* Proven ability to manage risk monitoring programs and engage with regulators on thematic reviews and PRISM visits.
* Excellent collaboration, communication, and influencing skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
* Demonstrated track record in risk management and preferable previous PCF designation.
