We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Showroom Sales Executive to join our clients sales team based just outside Cork City (Flooring & Carpet Industry) The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a sales role, and be skilled at managing leads to drive our clients companys revenue growth. While industry-specific knowledge is a bonus, its not required, as were prepared to guide the right candidate in learning about the industry. Base Salary is 40-50k + Commission (OTE 70-90k) Key Responsibilities: Be the trusted point of contact for clients, suppliers, and contractors, ensuring every project runs smoothly from start to finish. Maintain the highest standards of visual merchandising and store presentation. Collaborate with their talented showroom and warehouse team to deliver a seamless experience for our clients. Use your flooring expertise to guide clients in selecting the perfect products, providing exceptional service and advice tailored to their needs. Leading by example - engaging with both retail and trade customers in store in a friendly and approachable manner; selling our products and services according to each customers needs Maintain strong communication with clients throughout the process, addressing any questions or concerns promptly. Work closely with suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and successful outcomes. Youll need: Proven experience in a sales/ showroom sales role Someone who loves customer interaction and always goes the extra mile to ensure our customers have a positive experience with us Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively. Strong communication skills to build lasting relationships with clients, suppliers, and colleagues. A commitment to excellence and delivering results, with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction. Good admin skills and practices.
