A Dublin-based IT solutions company specializing in Cyber‑Security and Cloud Services is seeking a Service Desk Engineer to fulfil IT support requirements. The company offers top‑notch IT services to small and medium‑sized businesses, focusing on great technical support and customer service.
This is a PERMANENT role where you'll work in an MS365 environment, supporting clients and collaborating with our Service Delivery team.
Responsibilities
 * Resolve 2nd‑line issues across servers, networks, desktops, and cloud systems.
 * Manage and maintain Windows Server, M365, Intune, and virtualisation platforms.
 * Troubleshoot configuration, compliance, and connectivity problems.
 * Support LAN/WAN, Wi‑Fi, and firewall operations, escalating when needed.
 * Mentor 1st‑line engineers and assist with projects and major incidents.
Skills / Qualifications Required
 * 3+ years of IT support experience, ideally in an MSP or multi‑client setup.
 * Skilled in Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, networking and backups.
 * Hands‑on with modern security and monitoring tools (RMM, AV/Malware, ticketing systems).
 * Microsoft or CompTIA certifications preferred.
 * Holds a full, clean driving licence for occasional on‑site support.
