The BOS Platform Management (BPM) is designed to operate existing and new cloud business operations applications at best practice, drive continuous development, and use of these applications in close cooperation with the business and in alignment with global processes. This ensures operational efficiency across the Client Engagement Value Cycle (CEVC).
The BOS Platform Management team requires an experienced business and technology analyst to support the management and ongoing monitoring of the platform to meet the evolving needs of the business.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the BPM management team across the programme
* Undertake project support roles across assigned BPM projects, including planning, executing, and tracking issues
* Coordinate all release management aspects across the BOS ecosystem, review release notes, and support BOS product and process owners through the release cycle
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather feedback, understand challenges, and bring innovative ideas to solution discussions
* Prepare reports, presentations, and analysis to support decision-making processes
* Assist in coordinating efforts across CEVC to enhance operational efficiency, drive continuous improvement, and realize business benefits
* Contribute to the adoption and optimization of BOS components
* Work with product owners to manage interdependencies between BOS products
Experience and Skills Required
* A minimum of 5 years' experience in project or product management, ideally in professional services
* Technology enthusiast with the ability to learn new concepts across business processes, data, and technology
* Skilled at recognizing and managing interconnections across functions, projects, and processes
* Ability to interpret business needs and align them with BOS Platform Management and strategic goals
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for diverse audiences
* Exceptional multitasking, prioritization, and deadline management in a fast-paced, agile environment
* Strong stakeholder management skills
