Senior IT Infrastructure Manager Position
We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Infrastructure Manager to oversee the central components of our Microsoft IT Infrastructure, ensuring it is secure, available, performing optimally, and addressing any technical issues in a timely manner.
* Maintain our data centre infrastructure and work with a managed service provider for data centres and server infrastructure.
* Direct managed service providers as they perform routine maintenance tasks and upgrades on central IT infrastructure, in line with our security policies and controls.
* Ensure our datacentre and central IT Infrastructure complies with industry standards and regulations, and implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans as needed.
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
* 8-10 years' experience in Microsoft IT Infrastructure or similar.
* Familiar with IT infrastructure services such as Microsoft Active Directory.
* Proven experience working with managed service providers in managing datacentres and IT Infrastructure.
* Knowledge of security standards and best practices, including ISO 27001 and NIST.
