Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR strategy with organisational objectives.
* Provide expert advice across the full HR spectrum including employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, organisational development, and change management.
* Support the implementation of HR projects and people initiatives such as workforce planning, engagement strategies, and wellbeing programmes.
* Lead and support Industrial Relations and employee relations cases ensuring compliance with employment law and best practice.
* Analyse HR data and metrics to identify trends, influence decision-making, and support continuous improvement.
* Champion diversity, equity and inclusion throughout the organisation.
* Support HR policy development and ensure consistent application across sites.
About You:
* Proven business partner experience in a healthcare or similar environment.
* Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced setting.
* Passionate about creating inclusive, supportive workplace cultures.
* Comfortable operating both strategically and tactically.
