Cleaning Operative – Neylons Facility Management
Location: Castlerock, County Sligo, Ireland
Working Pattern: Monday to Thursday from 07:00–15:30, Friday from 07:00–14:30
Main Duties and Responsibilities
* Undertake general cleaning of all areas of the building, including offices, floors, corridors, stairwells and toilets.
* Dusting and washing floors and walls.
* Sweeping, floor polishing and waste disposal.
* Wash windows, walls and ceilings.
* Dust furniture and vacuum carpeting and area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture.
* Clean, disinfect and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances.
* Ensure toilet facilities are kept clean and supplies are replenished when required.
* Organise necessary supplies for cleaning toilet facilities.
* Clean and disinfect public areas such as changing rooms, showers and elevators.
* General housekeeping and cleaning around the building and litter control.
* Inform the Supervisor/Manager of stock required for replenishing purposes.
* Report defects, deficiencies or health and safety related issues to the supervisor with minimum delay.
Requirements
* Can-do attitude.
* Experience in a similar role.
* Good working knowledge of English.
* Knowledge and willingness to apply safe working practices.
* Knowledge of how to use the necessary equipment to carry out the assigned tasks.
