About the role: Daisyhouse are looking to recruit a Full Time Social Care Worker to work as a part of an integrated team providing responsive services to people who are out of home.
To facilitate a continuum of care to people who are homeless and in recovery from substance misuse through the provision of a case management approach.
Daisyhouse is a registered charity and approved housing body supporting women out of homelessness.
We are a small organisation with a big and important mission - we want to help as many women as we possibly can to break the cycle of homelessness on their own terms and live independent, healthy, happy lives.

Person specification Essential Relevant third level qualification (level 7/8) in social care/ social studies/ addiction studies, housing and resettlement or related field CORU Registration 1 year's direct work experience or equivalent in a social care setting preferably housing/homelessness or addiction A working knowledge and insight into the issues (e.g. substance abuse) that affect clients, who have or are experiencing homelessness.
Desirable Health and Safety Experience.
