This is a 12 month internship that can be done as part of your placement requirements for university or as a recent graduate.
In **** the company started its cloud-based software product and it has quickly grown into the largest media intelligence and press release sharing platform in Ireland.
The service is now used by hundreds of customers including the Department of Health, Paddy Power and Fáilte Ireland.

The successful candidate will work in our dynamic commercial internship programme, they will have the opportunity to explore Marketing, Sales, Customer Success and Business Operations.
This hybrid role means hands-on involvement in the commercial and operations departments providing practical experience in all functions.
There is a current requirement to come to the office (based in Harold's cross, Dublin 6W) a minimum of one day a week.
You'll work closely with the senior team, gaining valuable skills in customer support, marketing execution and sales enablement, with strong growth potential.
Do you have:
Strong written and verbal communications skills
An approach based on self-motivation, drive, intent and ideas.
Experience balancing multiple priorities through work, study, societies or projects.
Excellent knowledge and a regular user of social media including X and LinkedIn.
Strong teamwork skills.
The focus of the commercial internship role will involve a well-rounded engagement in Marketing, Sales, Customer Success and Business Operations functions.
The role will focus on and include:
Marketing:
Assist in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns.
Contribute to content creation for various marketing channels.
Participate in marketing research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Sales:
Support the Sales Team in prospecting and lead generation.
Assist in creating a database of leads, ensuring accurate and up to date information.
Qualify leads and pass along the sales pipeline.
Customer Success:
Engage with customers to understand their needs and concerns.
Contribute to customer onboarding and training processes.
Collaborate with the team to address customer feedback and enhance user satisfaction.
Business Operations:
Assist in the management and reporting of company financials.
Contribute to event management across the company.
Collaborate with the team to improve, streamline and ensure legal compliance for all internal processes and policies.
Cross Functional Collaboration:
Work collaboratively with team members from different functions.
Gain exposure to how various departments within the commercial section contribute to overall business success.
Hands-On Experience:
Actively participate in day-to-day tasks and projects within the commercial section.
Learn and apply practical skills related to marketing, sales, customer success and business operations.
Rotate through different functions to gain a comprehensive understanding of the business.
Analytical Skills Development:
Analyse data related to marketing effectiveness, sales performance and customer satisfaction.
Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
