Our organization seeks a seasoned IT Manager to spearhead the development and deployment of lean manufacturing processes, including operating system implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop strategic plans aligned with business objectives.
* Lead and mentor operational leaders to integrate functions across the value chain.
* Enhance team capabilities in continuous improvement and lead ongoing enhancement of our standards, processes, and methods.
This is an operational role responsible for managing operations at three plants in Northern Ireland. Travel requirements: up to 10%, primarily working on-site at Burnfoot, Letterkenny, and Campsie, with occasional visits to EMEA sites.
