Your mission
What does a Graduate Construction Manager do at BAM?In this role, you'll be the driving force on site, helping to lead teams and coordinate works to deliver projects on time, on budget, and to BAM's industry-leading standards. You will develop hands-on leadership skills, learn how to manage resources effectively, and play a central role in creating safe, efficient, and high-quality sites.

Who are we looking for?
We're looking for ambitious final-year students and recent graduates who are ready to kickstart their career with BAM Ireland.You should be studying for (or have just completed) a relevant degree in Construction Management at an Irish third-level institute or University.You will have Graduated in 2025 or be due to graduate in Summer 2026.
