The clinic has a strong local reputation, a steady walk-in customer base, and is entering a new phase of digital modernization, including the implementation of a CRM system and other customer engagement technologies.This is an excellent opportunity for a people-focused retail professional who enjoys building relationships, driving sales, and creating a welcoming environment for customers seeking hearing care solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the day-to-day operations of the Dun Laoghaire branch.Support and collaborate with the on-site audiologist to ensure a full and efficient appointment diary.Deliver exceptional customer service to both walk-in and returning clients, assisting with hearing aid queries, fittings, and product purchases.Proactively drive store performance, encouraging bookings and supportingconversions to hearing aid sales.Engage with the local community to build awareness and grow the customer base (e.g., local partnerships, community events, outreach).Oversee administrative duties, including appointment scheduling, CRM updates, and stock management.Ensure smooth integration of digital tools and processes as the business continues its modernization.Candidate ProfileStrong background in a customer-facing retail environment (optical, pharmacy, telecoms, or similar) preferred.Proven ability to manage store operations and deliver sales targets.Excellent interpersonal skills and a warm, professional communication style.Ability to build trust with customers, many of whom are older adults.Organized and comfortable adopting new systems and technologies.Previous experience in healthcare or hearing care is an advantage but not essential - full training will be provided.Compensation & BenefitsBase Salary:€32,000-€40,000 (depending on experience/Negotiable)Commission:€100 per completed hearing aid booking (approx. 5 per week achievable; paid monthly)Benefits include:Private healthcare5% matched pension contribution * Paid parking (if required)Working Hours:Monday to Friday, 9:30am-5:30pm or 10:00am-6:00pm.
