About Your New EmployerIT MSP who service schools across the countryMission-Driven Work: Help transform digital learning across Irish schools.Team Environment: Join a growing team with clear leadership, peer support, and strong values.Central Location: Our Killaloe base offers easy access to clients across the Country.About Your New JobAs the IT Engineer, you will:Respond promptly to support tickets via phone, email, or CRM system.Troubleshoot, resolve, and document technical issues across Windows, Google Workspace, and networked environments.Install, configure, and maintain hardware, operating systems, software, and peripherals.Monitor and maintain on-prem and cloud-hosted servers (e.g. Hyper-V, Azure).Deliver small-scale IT projects (e.g. network upgrades, server replacements) in collaboration with senior technical staff.Provide technical input and support for client onboarding processes and solution design.Maintain accurate technical documentation and participate in quality assurance processes (ISO 9001 in progress).Contribute to ongoing improvement of client satisfaction and service delivery.What Skills You NeedMinimum 2 years' experience in a similar IT support/field engineer role.Confident working across Microsoft 365 (Admin Centre, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive) and Google Workspace environments.Familiarity with IP networks, switching, VLANs, and DNS/DHCP principles.Hands-on experience with Windows Server, Hyper-V, Intune, and Azure is an advantage.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – comfortable working with teachers, principals, and school ICT coordinators.Self-starter with strong time management and a desire to deliver quality outcomes.Full clean driving licence and willingness to travel.What’s on OfferSalary: €35,000 – €45,000 (DOE) + Expenses + Training OpportunitiesTools to Succeed: Company vehicle, laptop, mobile phone, and home-office setup provided.Growth Opportunities: Access to training, mentoring, and support for professional development.What’s NextApply now by clicking the “Apply Now" button or call me, Michael Magee on 014744692 Or if the job isn’t quite right but you are looking for something similar, please get in touch.
