About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Events Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of events, ensuring that they run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage event department colleagues to ensure high levels of service and satisfaction
* Devise, review and implement effective event standards and procedures
* Cordinate all incoming group enquiries from initial contact to post-event follow-up
* Work closely with the sales team to secure new business opportunities
* Liaise with heads of departments to ensure client requests are met
* Ensure accurate tracking of commission rates and client contracts
Requirements
* Proven experience in events management
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Ability to work effectively under pressure
* Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
