Experienced legal secretary required to join an established busy general practice legal firm in Dundalk.
Previous experience in a legal secretary role (particularly in conveyancing, litigation and probate), proficient IT skills and experience with case management systems are all essential.
Professional phone manner and attention to detail also essential.
Duties include:
General secretary/assistant support to solicitors.
Answering phone calls and emails, dealing with enquiries.
Audio/dictation typing.
Maintaining client files.
Preparing briefs to Counsel.
Working within deadlines.
