We are seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Culinary Team Member to join our dynamic kitchen team. As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef and Sous Chefs in managing the overall operation of the kitchen.
Your key duties will include:
* Preparing and presenting all food orders to the highest standards, adhering to menu specifications and presentation guidelines.
* SUPERVISING the proper setup and preparation of all dishes, ensuring they meet the required quality and presentation standards.
* Assisting in the production of high-quality dishes, contributing to the success of the kitchen team.
* Maintaining a clean and safe working environment, adhering to HACCP regulations and good hygiene practices.
Main Responsibilities:
* Support the Head Chef and Sous Chefs in managing the kitchen team.
* Contribute to the creation of innovative and delicious dishes.
* Maintain a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 2 years' experience as a senior culinary team member in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
* Culinary school diploma or equivalent qualification.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic kitchen environment.
* Familiarity with HACCP procedures and regulations.
* Flexibility to work varied shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
