Customer Experience Leader
We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our customer experience strategy and drive business growth through targeted marketing campaigns. The successful candidate will be responsible for building on our existing customer engagement strategy, developing a single customer view, and crafting unified data-driven decision making across CRM programs and campaigns.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of senior-level experience in customer loyalty/CRM strategies, particularly in complex data environments. They will hold a Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related discipline and possess strong Customer Value and Lifecycle Management skills. A deep understanding of retention value drivers and proficiency with Google Analytics is also essential.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and advance customer loyalty/CRM strategies
* Build a single customer view and integrate internal and external data sources
* Lead the development of targeted marketing campaigns
* Manage cross-functional projects and collaborate with stakeholders
* Ensure consistency in data-driven decision making across CRM programs and campaigns
