Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Assistant Manager role for Arnotts Optical, located in Kildare. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring excellence in customer service by offering support to both the team and customers. Responsibilities include managing customer satisfaction, supervising day-to-day store operations, overseeing inventory control, assisting in training employees, and supporting the achievement of business goals. You will work closely with the team and leadership to maintain operational efficiency and deliver exceptional service to our clientele.
Qualifications
* Proven skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to enhance overall client experiences
* Experience in managing Inventory Control and understanding of retail operations
* Knowledge of optical products or services, including Optical Fiber, is an advantage
* Ability to lead, motivate, and support training initiatives within a team environment
* Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
* Previous experience in a management or supervisory role in a retail environment
* Passion for eyewear, fashion, or luxury retail is a plus
