We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Fixed Term Contract for the role of Supervising Pharmacist to join the team in Cara Allcare Donegal Town.

Duties and Responsibilities:
* Working with teams to develop a culture of patient focused care.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills Required
* Member of the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland.
* Highly organised, excellent attention to detail, with a proven ability to work on multiple tasks accurately in a busy environment.

Cara Allcare Pharmacy is a progressive, independent, vibrant pharmacy group consisting of eleven stores located throughout Ireland. Our business is twofold and is primarily divided into Pharmacy Services and Retail.

Candidate Profile
* Applicants must be degree qualified and a "Registered Pharmacist" with the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland.
* A self-motivated, enthusiastic individual with excellent people skills, confidence and good clinical knowledge.
* Must have the ability to be acutely aware of customer needs while also being a commercial thinker, with the ability to balance being a healthcare professional while being mindful of the business aims.
* Have a key focus on customer service and developing the customer base.
* A highly organised individual who has the ability to work under pressurised circumstances.
* A professional who takes their work very seriously and continuously strives for perfection and who is eager to surpass all expectations.
* Someone who is positive, committed, loyal and an excellent communicator
