Churchfield Home Services is seeking a Qualified Plasterer to join our retrofit installation team in the Mayo area.
You'll combine hands-on plastering with quality workmanship, ensuring every project is completed safely, on time, and to Churchfield's exceptional standards — helping homeowners achieve warmer, more energy-efficient homes across Ireland.
What You'll Do
* Carry out all stages of external insulation installation and rendering works.
* Complete internal drylining, skimming, and finishing to a high standard.
* Work closely with the Project Manager to plan labour, materials, and workflow.
* Ensure all work meets quality, safety, and NSAI S.R. 54:2014 requirements.
* Conduct snagging and final handovers to the satisfaction of the Project Manager or client.
* Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work area.
* Mentor new operatives and support training where required.
What You'll Need
* 1–3 years' experience in plastering, external insulation, or façade systems.
* Excellent attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
* Reliable, hardworking, and safety-conscious.
* Valid Safe Pass and Manual Handling certificates.
* Full, clean B driving licence.
* Fluent English (written and spoken).
