Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced candidate to coordinate all building services with other construction activities, from specification and procurement through to the installation, testing and commissioning of services in commercial, industrial, educational and healthcare buildings.
The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be knowledgeable with specifications, service drawings, architectural and structural details, and possess excellent communication skills.
In addition to coordinating subcontractor activities, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with Company standards and programme, timely submission of O & M manuals and other ad hoc duties such as assisting in the preparation of detailed tender documentation.
Requirements
Candidates should have relevant 3rd level qualifications and at least three years experience gained either with a building contractor or in a skills transferable field.
Experience with relevant IT systems and knowledge of AutoCAD is required, as well as being organized self-starters and possessing excellent oral and written communication skills.
