Technical Sales Engineer
We are seeking a skilled Technical Sales Engineer to manage key customer accounts and deal with technical queries.
About the Role:
* 50% office-based and 50% on-the-road travelling to customer sites.
* Support the tender bid process, including understanding, reviewing, and reporting commercial and technical requirements to key stakeholders.
* Collaborate closely with sales, product management, and engineering teams.
This is an exciting opportunity for a Technical Sales Engineer to identify and pursue new business opportunities within our clients' target market. Key responsibilities include managing key customer accounts across Northern Ireland, supporting the implementation and execution of marketing and sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy and Execution: Implement and execute marketing and sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
2. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
3. New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within our clients' target market.
Requirements:
* Degree in Engineering or relevant subject.
* Maintain a deep understanding of products and services.
* Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in technical sales is required, with a strong understanding of system engineering and asset monitoring. A full driving license is also necessary.
